Here is how the Flexible Response Plan™ works.

Computer and network problems come in all varieties. There are hardware failures, operating system driver problems, viruses and user error. These are just some of the types of problems that can occur in a complex or even a relatively simple computing environment. Depending on the nature of the problem, the desired response time can vary.

Suppose all systems are down and your day-to-day business operations have come to a screeching halt. This would be considered a Severity Zero or "SEV 0" problem. SEV 0 situations require immediate attention and PC House Calls, Inc. takes immediate action. Most upgrades, system changes and minor outages can be handled at a more leisurely pace. (SEV 3 and below) Getting the fast response time required for the SEV 0 or SEV 1 problem and having your mundane computer issues resolved by the same professionals can be accomplished. The Flexible Response PlanTM gives you the type of coverage required to get the service that you need when you need it.

RUs are pre-purchased from PC House Calls, Inc. In custom packages. RUs are used to get a certified technician to resolve any issue with your computer system in the appropriate time-frame. SEV0 and SEV1 problems need immediate attention. When you contact PC House Calls, Inc. with this type of problem, you will get a call back within an hour and a technician on-site (if required) within 4 hours. This high level of services will cost 2 RUs for every hour the technician works to resolve this problem. SEV 2 problems are charged 1.5 RUs and SEV3 or below are just 1 RU/hour of service.

20 RUs can be pre-purchased for $1700.
40 RUs can be pre-purchased for $3200. Ater 40, additional RUs are $85/each.

SEV 2 problems get high priority. A call within 2 hours and on-site within 1 business day.
SEV 3 problems and below get scheduled in a timeframe suitable to both parties.
